FAQs
1. What does Mejeticks do?
Mejeticks is a vendor-neutral IT advisory firm. We help organizations evaluate, source, negotiate, and implement technology solutions across cloud, data center, connectivity, communications, security, and AI. Unlike a single vendor or MSP with a limited catalog, we compare the market and help you choose the right fit at the right price for your organization.
2. What does "vendor-neutral" IT consulting mean?
Vendor-neutral means we don't push a single provider's solution. Instead, we analyze your business needs and compare offerings across multiple providers. This ensures you get the best fit, best pricing, and most strategic outcome, not just what one vendor wants to sell.
3. How is Mejeticks different from a managed service provider (MSP)?
An MSP typically manages your day-to-day IT infrastructure and sells you its preferred tools. Mejeticks is different: we serve as an advisor and strategist, guiding your decisions on cloud, data center, voice, and network. Once you select a solution, we stay engaged to ensure it’s implemented properly and continues to deliver value.
4. Who are Mejeticks' typical clients?
Our clients range from mid-sized businesses to large enterprises across industries like financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and technology. Many of them are CIOs, IT leaders, and finance executives looking for cost optimization, performance improvements, and risk reduction.
5. How can Mejeticks help reduce telecom and network costs?
We audit your voice, data, and telecom expenses to uncover hidden fees, redundant services, or outdated contracts. Then we renegotiate with carriers and optimize usage. Many clients see 20–40% cost savings without sacrificing performance.
6. Does Mejeticks help with cloud migration?
Yes. We guide organizations through cloud strategy, vendor selection, migration planning, and execution. Our role is to reduce complexity, minimize downtime, and ensure compliance. Whether you’re moving workloads to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or a hybrid model, we make the process smoother and more cost-effective.
7. Does Mejeticks provide datacenter consulting?
Absolutely. We help companies evaluate colocation, hybrid, and edge data center options. With years of experience in the data center industry, our team knows the pros and cons of providers nationwide. We ensure you get scalable, secure, and cost-efficient infrastructure that aligns with your growth.
8. How do you stay up to date on technology trends?
Our leadership team is deeply involved in the cloud, telecom, and data center industries, often speaking at conferences and contributing to industry groups. This ensures we stay ahead of emerging technologies, security requirements, and cost-management strategies, then bring that insight directly to our clients.

10. How do I get started with Mejeticks?
Schedule an introductory call with our team. We will review your current environment, business goals, timeline, and budget, then outline the best next step. You can contact us through the form on this page or call us directly.
11. How does Mejeticks make money if we're vendor-neutral?
Most clients do not pay Mejeticks directly for vendor-selection work. When a client chooses a provider through our recommendation and process, Mejeticks may be compensated through that provider's partner program. That compensation does not change the recommendation. We do not work from vendor quotas, and we will tell you when staying put, renegotiating, or walking away is the better move.
12. What happens after we sign with a provider? Do you disappear?
No. We stay involved after the agreement is signed. Mejeticks remains a single point of escalation for implementation, service issues, renewals, contract questions, and future vendor decisions.
13. How long does it take to get a vendor recommendation?
For focused needs, we can usually identify a qualified shortlist within days. Larger initiatives with complex technical, security, compliance, or implementation requirements may take longer. The goal is not to rush the decision. The goal is to narrow the market quickly without skipping diligence.
14. Does Mejeticks replace our MSP or internal IT team?
No. We do not replace your internal team or managed service provider. We work beside them when a vendor decision, contract negotiation, renewal, migration, or escalation needs outside market leverage.
